About the Role
As a Senior Analyst, Country Enablement role, you’ll play a key role in helping to provide administrative and operational support for CEO ANZ Vietnam and support country model review exercises; responsbile for building and tracking the countries MIS including cross border referrals, key business drivers including financials and tracking the performance against these targets.

What will your day look like?
As a Senior Analyst, Country Enablement, you will:
Financial:
- Manage executives’ travel, accommodation, expenses and vendor payments as well as all logistics for events, meetings and functions hosted by executives, ensuring compliance with company policy and cost effectiveness.
- Coordinate and deliver performance analytics & insight into necessary metrics to manage and run the business effectively. Manage interface and resolving issues with relevant metric providers.
- Assist in preparing the 3-year Strategic Plan. Active monitoring and follow up with business units.
- Driving specific projects as assigned by CEO.
- Ensure data accuracy in ANZ reporting systems i.e. customer group to Customer Management Group mapping, Relationship Managers and Transaction Banking Sales mapping, customer tiering.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers to prepare credit growth forecasts.
Customer:
- Communicates and/or co-ordinates executives’ instructions with various individuals and/or business units.
- Provide oversight and coordination of projects affecting Vietnam.
Process:
- Manage the day-to-day administration of the CEO's office, including correspondence, presentations, reports, filing systems and call screening. Ensure that all relevant information has been received & all views represented to the CEO.
- Identify and act on opportunities to improve effectiveness and flow of office activities.
- Provide central co-ordination and 'help desk' services for office administrative and operational services.
- Support in preparation and analysis of business information and data.
- Coordinate all tasks/processes/procedures as required under Vietnam law for a locally incorporated entity.
- Assist in monitoring Vietnam’s adherence to group, divisional process, policy and procedural requirements.
- Work with Risk and Compliance to investigate risk issues, identify solutions and coordinate execution & remediation.
People:
- Become a trusted advisor, connect and collaborate with all the BU Heads in Vietnam to assist them to deliver and outperform against their targets.
- People Management – assist CEO in managing recruitment (including recruitment approval), setting up new staff, on-boarding, etc. Assist in coordinating performance review process.
- Collaborate with regional and divisional stakeholders to assist with queries/information requests and International/Institutional projects and initiatives.
Risk/compliance/behaviours:
- Ensure all travel arrangements are within company policy.
- Maintain confidentiality where required.
- Uphold/implement the Banks values, and business principles and compliance measures by ensuring ongoing adherence.
- Embed a strong culture of Risk and Compliance within the Bank and ensure ANZ Vietnam complies with its corporate regulatory obligations.
- Contribute to major audits in related areas and where appropriate assist in preparation for key audits, regulator visits and other investigations. Where relevant coordinate /track the resolution of audit items, issues & follow-up.
- Provide oversight and promote adherence to sound corporate governance principles, best practice, ANZ policy and local laws.
- Support Non-Financial Risk uplift activities.
What will you bring?

- Proven experience in secretarial and personal assistant role.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders, draft minutes and convey information accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks while handling multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to manage priorities and conflicting issues in a professional manner.
- Ability to build strong, open and collaborative working relationships.
- Demonstrates initiative and proactively address issues, taking necessary action and persistently work towards resolving challenges
- Experience in administration in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Qualification and experience in a business-related field with MIS, project management and business planning experience.
- Excellent collaboration and influencing skills. Strong resilience and ability to cope with ambiguity/stressful situation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, client focus and problem solving with maturity approach.
- Experience working within a large global financial institution.
- Demonstrated understanding of credit with strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as with remote teams
