About the Role
As an Officer – Client Service, you will be responsible for servicing clients across Onboarding, Maintenance, Trade Services and Cash Management. You will support both simple and complex product fulfilment activities, while managing day-to-day customer enquiries and helping deliver seamless customer experience. This role provides an important first point of contact for customers and plays a key role in supporting customer satisfaction and business growth.
You will manage customer enquiries and requests, ensuring they are handled accurately, efficiently and within agreed service standards. You will take ownership of customer issues through to resolution, helping to deliver positive customer experiences and meet customer expectations. You will also contribute to excellent customer service outcomes through high-quality service delivery, accurate record management and support for cross-selling opportunities where appropriate.

What will your day look like?
As an Officer – Client Service, you will:
• Manage customer enquiries, onboarding requests and servicing activities across Cash Management, Lending and Trade products.
• Coordinate customer documentation and fulfilment activities to support onboarding, account maintenance and product setup.
• Build strong relationships with customers by delivering responsive, consistent and high-quality service.
• Take ownership of customer requests and see them through to resolution.
• Partner with Sales, Operations and regional service teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
• Support complex customer needs by coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders and locations where required.
• Monitor customer requests and ensure they are completed within agreed service standards and timelines.
• Identify customer issues, complaints or service gaps and proactively resolve or escalate them as appropriate.
• Support account maintenance activities, including changes to customer information, account structures and product setups.
• Respond to enquiries from customers and internal stakeholders while ensuring accurate and timely communication.
• Conduct service and fulfilment activities in line with customer needs and business requirements.
• Assist with account closure requests and other customer lifecycle management activities where required.
• Follow risk, compliance and control requirements to support safe and effective customer servicing.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Support a collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge and assisting colleagues when needed.
• Coordinate customer requests across local and regional teams to support a seamless service experience.
• Support the resolution of complex customer enquiries and escalations involving multiple products or stakeholders.
• Promote proactive customer servicing by anticipating needs and following up on outstanding requests.
• Help identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes through more efficient processes and service practices.
• Ensure customer records, requests and servicing activities are accurately maintained within relevant systems.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
• Experience in Client Services for Cash, Lending, Onboarding and Trade product.
• Good understanding of Onboarding and Maintenance across Cash, Lending (including Syndication), Markets and Trade.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities while delivering quality outcomes.
• Excellent customer focus with the ability to manage enquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills with the ability to work across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Good interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
• Good understanding of operational risk, regulatory reporting, compliance and internal procedures.
