  • Opportunity to expose to other operational audits and technology audits outside Vietnam at Division and Enterprise levels

 

Role Location: ANZ Vietnam

Role Type: Permanent, Full Time

 

As the IT Audit Manager, you will be responsible for-

  • Assisting Head of IA to implement the approved annual audit plan for the country
  • Conducting audit on Technology including information security and other audits in line with IA methodology as assigned by head of IA.
  • Contributing to the assessment of the overall risk and controls environment of the audited business area.  
  • Creating clear and concise working documents, addressing key risk areas with appropriately drawn conclusions, and demonstrating clear traceability of findings.
  • Supporting the Team Leader/audit owner throughout the project to manage the expectations of the business, and maintain an effective working relationship with the key business contacts; Ensure senior members of the team are aware of the progress as required and that, where identified, broader business issues that impact areas outside the assigned work are appropriately escalated.
  • Supporting Head of IA with various risk assessments to develop the annual audit plan in line with regulatory requirements and internal Group audit requirements
  • Performing other assigned tasks to fulfil audit related obligations as appropriate

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following –

  • Tertiary qualified, ideally having completed, or working towards completion of Professional (CPA/CA / CIA) or Post Graduate qualifications
  • A university or higher degree in information technology or specialized subjects suitable to a technology auditor
  • Solid experience in working in the information technology area
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, as well as good listening and interpreting skills.
  • Develops good relationships with stakeholders on audits. Can communicate difficult messages with courage and overcomes resistance to audit work and recommendations.
  • Experience in designing fieldwork, executing fieldwork to high quality standards and drafting and communicating key audit messages and recommendations effectively
