About the Role
As an Associate Director, LM Rates Trading, in our Local Markets Rates Trading, you’ll contribute to the achievement of the team objectives by supporting the franchise trading activities and manage franchise flows for VND rates products.

What will your day look like?
As an Associate Director Markets Trading, you will:

Promote sales/trading cooperation and engage with team members to maximise results.

Ensure consistent, competitive and timely pricing to internal and external customers.

Deliver key aspects of the Vietnam Local Markets Rates strategy.

Work with product and global sales teams to jointly build out the business franchise profitability, risk and compliance.

Generate trading insights and ideation of the product line.

Contribute to Risk Awareness & Culture and ensure limit management and compliance with all internal and external requirements
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:

Strong trading background and in-depth understanding of Local Markets Rates products.

Proven relevant experience required.

Extensive knowledge of regulatory frameworks and requirements in Vietnam LM Rates products.

Experience in dealing with internal and external clients, with strong customer focus and ability to drive results.

Demonstrate ANZ Values and Behaviours: Integrity, Collaboration, Accountability, Respect and Excellence.

A plus is in-depth understanding of the Asian Markets and global clients, with the ability to drive revenue opportunities.
