As an Agri Relationship Manager at ANZ, you will support the financial needs of our customers across the Southland region helping them thrive by building strong partnerships and delivering tailored financial solutions that support their lifestyle and prosperity. You’ll be the go-to contact, building trust and providing thoughtful, practical solutions that reflect the unique industries.

You’ll spend your time building trusted relationships with Agri customers and helping them move forward with confidence. Whether you’re on-site working alongside colleagues or on the road spending time with your customers, your day will be focused on finding practical, people-first solutions.
- Provide personalised support and financial guidance to clients
- Grow and manage a portfolio of customers with a long-term focus
- Spot opportunities for customers to improve and expand their business
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver the right outcomes
You’ll have the freedom to shape your approach while being supported by a team that values connection and community.
Ōu Pūkenga? - What will you bring?
We’re looking for people from a variety of backgrounds. You might bring:
- Experience working in relationship management, account handling or business development
- An understanding of the Agri sector (helpful but not essential – we’re open to teaching the right person)
- A genuine interest in working with people and solving problems collaboratively
- Confidence working independently and making sound decisions
- Clear and thoughtful communication skills
- A desire to learn, grow, and contribute to something bigger
