About the Role
Teaming up with a supportive Relationship Manager, you’ll help look after a portfolio of customers in the Agribusiness industry, providing a great way to build specialist industry expertise. You’ll help drive growth through acquisition, increasing share of wallet and referrals. And you’ll have great insights and data to understand and anticipate what your customers need, thanks to investment in new systems and technologies.

Provide customer-focused solutions by understanding needs and offering tailored options. Manage end-to-end processes to ensure seamless fulfilment and positive outcomes. Build and maintain strong relationships to achieve mutually beneficial results. Collecting, profiling, and analysing data to translate into meaningful insights

What will your day look like?
As an Agribusiness Assistant Manager, you will:
- Work alongside experienced relationship manager on portfolio of diverse agricultural clients’ needs spanning multiple geographies and commodities.
- Assist with understanding of and meeting of holistic customer needs including lending needs and collaborate across product partners and delivery channels to meet customer needs
- Build genuine relationships with key stakeholders and work collaboratively to drive a ‘one team’ approach ensuring support and service delivery as well as achieving customer and business needs
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Are you passionate about agriculture and financial services Solid experience in financial services, with a focus on Agri or rural business.
- Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage a diverse portfolio.
- A good understanding of risk analysis, cash flow management, portfolio growth, and credit assessment.
- The ability to build lasting relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including customers, team members, and partners.
- A high level of compliance standards and integrity in all professional interactions.
