The Relationship Associate role is critical to making this happen and will involve the following:

 

  • Support the Relationship Managers in making banking easier for customers

  • Providing customer solutions and insights by conducting financial analysis along with lending support for designated customer groups

  • Support customers with simple business needs to the largest privately-owned businesses

 

Role Location: Dunedin

Role Type: Full Time, Permanent

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • A keen interest in Commercial industries

  • Financial literacy and analytical skills

  • The ability to analyse and interpret data, to provide insight into financial trends

  • Comfort working across a variety of stakeholders, establishing and maintaining strong relationships

  • Sound understanding of structuring security arrangements

  • Excellent communication, both written and oral

  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills coupled with a high degree of self-motivation

  • A willingness to accelerate your own development and work in a fast paced, challenging environment

  • A tertiary qualification in a financial discipline, or previous financial/lending experience
