About the Role

 

 

The Workplace Coordinator provides critical support to the Workplace Experience team, including direct assistance to the Head of Workplace Experience.

 

This role enables the team to operate efficiently by managing key systems, supporting business planning, and coordinating day-to-day workplace services.

 

As the first point of contact for workplace-related requests, the Workplace Coordinator ensures timely and effective resolution of workplace requests and plays an active role in the delivery of safe, functional, and engaging work environments.

What will your day look like?

 

As a Workplace Cordinator, you will:

 

  • Act as the first point of contact for workplace-related service requests and enquiries from employees and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the management and resolution of reactive and preventative maintenance issues via service partners and facility managers.
  • Monitor and track completion of service requests to ensure standards, timelines, and customer expectations are met.
  • Build strong working relationships across Property Business Partners, Facilities Management, Technology, and other business stakeholders.
  • Monitor completion via service partners (including facility managers), the successful resolution of service request
  • Support initiatives that improve operational processes, reduce response times, and enhance the end-user experience.
  • Collaborate with Ensure all workplace activities comply with health, safety, and property standards.
  • Assist with system and data administration for property-related platforms (e.g., service request portals, maintenance trackers).
  • Maintain accurate records of service activity, vendor performance, and stakeholder feedback.

  • Translating business requirements into solutions by understanding needs, feasibility and impact.
  • Preparing, equipping and supporting people to successfully adopt change to drive organisational outcomes.
  • Planning and prioritising what needs to be done (including people, process and technology implications) in order to deliver upon customer/user needs and strategic priorities. This includes identifying, planning for, tracking and resolving dependencies.
  • Building, maintaining and influencing relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Helping to foster a healthy working culture. Enabling and facilitating a safe and supportive work or team environment, where our people are inspired and motivated to grow, thrive and deliver value.
  • Executing tasks and contracts to source and procure products and/or services from vendors and other suppliers. This includes policy and internal standards as well as monitoring the performance and financial impacts of the contract or service.
