About the Role
Join our passionate Wellbeing and Workers Compensation team, where you’ll play a key role in shaping the employee experience through thoughtful, end-to-end support. Our team does more than just case management – it’s about walking alongside our people during challenging times and helping them navigate their journey with care, clarity, and confidence.
In this role, you’ll manage a bespoke portfolio of health and medical hybrid working exception cases, providing tailored support and guidance to employees and business leaders. You’ll be a trusted advisor, helping to escalate complex matters, when needed, with empathy and professionalism, while ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to wellbeing.
With a strong focus on data insights, you’ll keep track of capturing key data points and analyse trends to help us better understand and evolve the employee experience at ANZ.

- Role Type: 12-month Fixed Term Contract, Full Time (40 hours/week)

What will your day look like?
As a Wellbeing Specialist, you will:
- Manage end-to-end case management for a tailored portfolio of health and medical hybrid working exception cases
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, balancing sensitivity and confidentiality with professionalism
- Work autonomously while knowing when to collaborate or escalate complex matters
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to valuable data insights that inform our strategy
What will you bring?
To thrive in this role, you’ll ideally bring:
- Strong experience in health/medical case management
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- The ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player
- A track record of building trusted relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
- Empathetic communication skills and sound judgment in complex situations
- A values-led approach to everything you do
- A tertiary qualification in a health-related discipline
