About the Role
The Strategy & Enablement Manager - TPRM supports the Business Improvement Team by providing data-driven insights, performing analysis and identifying opportunities for process optimization within procurement and TPRM. They assist in the design and implementation of process improvements and support the evaluation of outcomes.

Work Hours: 40 Hours (Full-time)
What will your day look like?
This role is accountable for:
- Collect, analyse and interpret data to identify opportunities for procurement and TPRM process improvement and optimization.
- Assist in the development and documentation of process maps and improvement plans.
- Support the implementation of automation and re-engineering projects, applying Lean, Agile and Human-Centred Design methodologies.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes, providing insights to inform future improvements.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate business improvement progress to stakeholders.
- Good written and verbal communication skills to present data, insights and recommendations clearly and concisely to stakeholders at various levels.
- Knowledge of process design and reengineering methodologies to help optimise procurement and TPRM workflows and drive efficiency.
- Experience in supporting service design, particularly with a focus on improving processes from an end user perspective.
- Proficiency in analysing large data sets to uncover trends, identify inefficiencies and provide actionable insights for process optimisation. This includes strong skills in using tools like Excel and BI platforms.
- Understanding of how to interpret data and translate it into meaningful business insights that support process improvement.
- Solid understanding of root cause analysis techniques.
What will you bring?
- Understanding of procurement and TPRM processes, including sourcing, contract management, supplier performance management and purchasing to effectively identify and implement process improvements.
- Basic knowledge of project management methodologies to assist with managing the execution of process improvement initiatives and ensure timely and successful implementation.

- Bachelor or master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement or a related field
