About the Role

 


To provide administrative support across the Property Tribe including specific support to the Tribe Lead Group Property. To assist with business planning, time management and systems administration to enable the team to function efficiently and effectively. This role needs to be highly organised and self-motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. This role will juggle competing priorities, different agendas and build collaborative relationships with stakeholders, as a key ‘face’ of Property both internal and external. The role will support the Team to co-ordinate small projects, initiatives and events, will have an eye for detail and take personal accountability for outcomes.

What will your day look like?

 

 

This role is accountable for:

 

  • The Space Manager is responsible for working alongside the Occupancy Planner to effective plan and manage the delivery of workspace allocations and physical changes across the commercial property portfolio.
  • This role ensures space is utilised efficiently, aligns with workplace strategies and ratios, and supports evolving business requirements.
  • The Space Manager plays a key role in collaborating with the Business Partners to enhance workplace experience by providing fit-for-purpose environments that meet key stakeholder requirements.
  • Space Coordination & Planning: Collaborate with the Occupancy Planner to review, assess, and coordinate space change requests.
  • Provide viable workspace options that reflect business needs, workplace ratios, and employee satisfaction outcomes.
  • Coordinate and execute approved space changes including staff relocations, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
  • In conjunction with Business Partners, act as the primary contact for business units seeking workspace changes, ensuring clear communication, consultation, and alignment with workplace policies and principles.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of space activities and allocations, including storage, lockers, and car parks. Ensure data integrity and provide reporting to support decision-making.
  • Oversee the management of furniture and equipment across all commercial workspaces, coordinating inventory, allocation, and refresh needs as appropriate.
