About Us

At ANZ, we're shaping a world where people and communities thrive, driven by a common goal: to improve the financial wellbeing and sustainability of our customers. Our Institutional bank helps our largest customers move trade and capital around the region, providing our people with great opportunities to build their technical expertise and their careers.

About the Role

As a Senior Product Owner, Business Architecture in our Team, you’ll play a key role in helping to lead and work with other Tribe Leads, Portfolio Performance Leads and Product Owners on the evolution and integration of our Payments Capabilities in the GCC BLR—covering Payments Support, BAU Production, Change, Configuration, and delivery functions that have transitioned from Singapore (SGR) and Melbourne (MLB) to the GCC. You will ensure that business processes and functional improvements align with our overarching strategy, embedding a structure that unifies business needs with strategic priorities.

You’ll work closely with technology and business stakeholders to build a framework that supports capability alignment with organizational goals. This includes setting clear guardrails that empower teams to make informed decisions while remaining true to the organizational strategy and compliance standards. In this key leadership role, you’ll bring together squads around a strategic vision, supporting them in delivering value efficiently and fostering an environment of growth, motivation, and purpose.

Banking is changing and we’re changing with it, giving our people great opportunities to try new things, learn and grow. Whatever your role at ANZ, you’ll be building your future, while helping to build ours.
