About the Role
As a PMO Coordinator supporting the Group Risk PACT Program, you will play a key role in enabling disciplined program governance, ensuring delivery transparency, and supporting the program’s mission to uplift risk capability across the organisation. Reporting to the PMO Lead, and working closely with a Program Lead, you will provide high quality analysis, structured reporting, and governance support to ensure the program operates with strong controls, clear accountability, and timely insight. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex transformation environments, understands enterprise risk uplift objectives, and can translate delivery and risk information into clear, actionable reporting for senior stakeholders.

What will your day look like?
• Support end‑to‑end PMO governance for the Group Risk PACT Program, including RAID management, milestones, dependencies, and delivery controls.
• Prepare high‑quality reporting for senior Risk stakeholders, including Steering Committee packs, program status reports, heatmaps, and delivery dashboards.
• Maintain and continuously improve program governance artefacts such as delivery calendars, program plans, RAID logs, change registers, and assurance evidence.
• Partner with Risk SMEs, Delivery Leads, and Change teams to ensure program activities are aligned with the Group Risk uplift agenda.
• Support audit, compliance, and risk assurance activities by ensuring documentation meets enterprise and regulatory standards.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
• Demonstrated experience in PMO, program coordination, or governance roles in complex environments.
• Understanding of risk frameworks, enterprise governance expectations, and regulatory uplift programs.
• Excellent ability to synthesise information and communicate clearly to senior stakeholders in Risk and Delivery.
• Competency with PMO tools and platforms (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Clarity or equivalents).
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and bring structure to ambiguity.
• A team‑first mindset, adaptability, continuous improvement orientation, and risk‑aware decision‑making.
