About the Role

As a Senior Business and Private Banking Onboarding Specialists, you will support B&PB Frontline Relationship Managers to onboard new to bank and existing customers, delivering outstanding onboarding experiences for customers with complex B&PB and PCM / Institutional products.

You will act as a Subject Matter Expert and assist the Onboarding Lead with projects and change initiatives as required. You will help drive effective collaboration and sharing of knowledge across all members of the team, assist with training, enhancing team morale and completing ad hoc or step-up tasks, as required by the Onboarding Lead.

Role Location: 833 Collins St Docklands, Docklands VIC 3008 

Schedule: Full Time, 40hrs/week

 

What will your day look like?

As a Senior B&PB Onboarding Specialists, you are accountable for: 

  • Working closely with Transaction Banking Sales frontline to seamlessly enable great experiences for new to bank and existing customers. Supporting these relationships and driving stakeholder engagement with your team members.
  • The onboarding of all complex B&PB products, and PCM / Institutional products and taking on escalations as required.
  • Provide product training to customers to ensure they are engaged and transacting with their new products effectively. Assist your team with enhanced training capabilities
  • Help to drive profitable, sustainable growth of B&PB products, and PCM / Institutional products within B&PB
  • Increase quality of customer engagement and Transaction Banking brand in market and support team members to do the same
  • Protect the Bank by adhering to the highest risk management standards, including all personal role and organisational compliance obligations met and maintained. Identify ways to simplify processes and manage risk within the business.
  • Act as a mentor to team members, helping to deliver training material to enhance staff capability. Call out areas of improvement and raise matters with the Onboarding Lead for transparency.
