About the Roles
Role type: Permanent & fixed term opportunities available - from Consultant to Senior Manager level
Role location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC
As a result of ANZ’s enterprise transformation, we have a variety of exciting and challenging reward roles available within the Talent & Culture team. Roles available range from Consultant to Senior Manager level for reward professionals who also have either performance, recognition, or regulatory experience.
The roles will lead and/or support a variety of critical reward activities which could include cyclical and project specific initiatives.
A pivotal element of our transformation is Program PACT (People, Accountabilities, Customers and Trust), which is designed to respond to the Court Enforceable Undertaking (CEU) with the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA). This enterprise-wide project has been set up to deliver improved customer, risk, and business outcomes through sustainable enhancements to ANZ’s non-financial risk management practices.
The Talent & Culture team plays a vital role in enabling Program PACT and is responsible for significant deliverables, including transforming organisational and risk culture, strengthening performance and remuneration frameworks, and building our people’s capability to manage risk effectively and deliver results efficiently and ethically.
The reward specialist roles may include leading and/or supporting; key reward cyclical activities; or reward related work within T&C workstreams under the PACT program.
What will your day look like?
- Leading and/or supporting the delivery of key reward cyclical activities
- Collaborating with a team of subject matter experts to deliver, design and implement activities for PACT workstream deliverables
- Leading and/or supporting the evolution of ANZ’s reward frameworks to ensure that they support the bank’s strategic goals, desired culture, and approach to managing non-financial risks
What will you bring?
- Deep knowledge of contemporary reward, performance management and recognition, commensurate with the level of role
- Specialized reward experience gained in a corporate environment
- Excellent communication skills, including ability to clearly convey information through oral, written, and visual methods, including active listening and presentation skills
- Proven stakeholder engagement skills and ability to influence areas across a range of stakeholder groups
- Analytical problem solving and critical thinking to understand problems and root causes to inform solutions which balance value, risk, cost and feasibility
- Ability to appreciate difficult problems and work autonomously on tasks with high complexity and clearly represent findings
- Relevant tertiary qualifications.
