About Us
ANZ’s 2030 strategy is focused on transforming the bank to win the preference of customers, shareholders, and the community. This will be achieved by concentrating on four strategic pillars: customer first, simplicity, resilience, and delivering value.
About the Role
A pivotal element of our transformation is the PACT (People, Accountabilities, Customers and Trust) program, which is designed to respond to the Court Enforceable Undertaking (CEU) with the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA). The Talent & Culture team plays a vital role in enabling the PACT program and is responsible for significant deliverables, including transforming organisational and risk culture, strengthening performance and remuneration frameworks, and building our people’s capability to manage risk effectively and deliver results efficiently and ethically.
As Recognition Workstream Manager with the PACT program, you will support the planning, delivery and oversight activities for the establishment of a recognition approach, framework and platform.
