About the Role
As a Project Director for Workplaces in 833CSM, you will have the opportunity to work as part of Group Property to deliver initiatives that redefine how we work, where we work, and the technologies that enable it.
This role will play a pivotal role within the UX Stream to project manage and execute strategies that transform traditional workplaces into dynamic, efficient, and adaptive environments.
In order to execute strategies that create market leading workplaces, promoting collaboration, productivity, and employee engagement the role requires thorough understanding of workplace repositioning and experience with large-scale workplace strategy to drive the implementation of market leading initiatives that are aimed at enhancing the workplace experience of our people
Role Type: 2 Years Fixed term contract
Role Location: 833 Collins street, Docklands VIC 3008
Work Hours: Full Time (40hrs/week)
What will your day look like?
As a Project Director, you will be responsible for:
- Lead the Project delivery of workplace program, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned to strategic objectives and global best practices.
- Partner with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams (Talent & Culture, Technology, Facilities, Property, and business units) to deliver workplace strategy with business needs and future growth.
- Monitor financial performance across workplace experience deliverables.
- Support the implementation of key change using the ANZ Change Management Framework, ensuring adoption, value realization, risk management, and positive customer experience.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver compliant, sustainable, and ESG‑aligned workplace program.
- Ensure compliance with property standards, statutory requirements, and customer satisfaction across all change and accommodation initiatives.

- Substantial experience in project managing workplace programs
- Providing advice, recommendations and thought leadership, based on expertise and experience, to address needs.
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Preparing, equipping and supporting people to successfully adopt change to drive organisational outcomes.
- Supporting the planning and prioritising what needs to be done (including people, process and technology implications) in order to deliver upon customer/user needs and strategic priorities. This includes identifying, planning for, tracking and resolving dependencies.
- Building, maintaining and influencing relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Helping to foster a healthy working culture. Enabling and facilitating a safe and supportive work or team environment, where our people are inspired and motivated to grow, thrive and deliver value.
- Executing tasks and contracts to source and procure products and/or services from vendors and other suppliers. This includes policy and internal standards as well as monitoring the performance and financial impacts of the contract or service.
