About the Role
As a Product Manager/Product Associate in our Lend & Grow portfolio, you’ll play a key role in helping to deliver innovative and compelling commercial lending experiences, driving value for our customers at ANZ. Our aim is to provide our customers with simple, industry-leading business lending solutions, quickly, reliably, and cost-effectively. Our focus is on improving commercial lending products, processes and systems whilst role modelling a strong risk management framework through the delivery of initiatives.
The role will be supporting the relevant Product Lead in the effective management and monitoring of the product stream. You will be working with a wide range of stakeholders across the commercial value chain, including: distribution, operations, finance, pricing and technology to deliver the best customer & banker outcomes.

Job Grade: 4.4 to 4.2 depending on candidate experience
Work Hours: Full Time
What will your day look like?
You will also be responsible for the day-to-day management of NFR Hub and ASIC Reportable Events. Your role will involve using your strong business analysis and change / project management skills to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to:

Investigate process, system and gap analysis relating to risk events.

Identify and capture detailed business requirements.

Conduct impact and risk assessments.

Own, organise and support change and implementation activities to ensure all impacted teams and roles are trained, equipped and ready to absorb/manage change.

Develop business testing strategy and plans and coordinate/execute on these.

Conduct data analysis to assess customer impacts and support remediations.
You will work collaboratively with all EDB’s squads and the broader value chain partners to ensure any issues are identified and addressed in a timely manner per regulatory requirements.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
-
Experience in one or more of the following areas: Product Management, Change/Delivery Management, Pricing, Finance, Credit Risk.

A deep understanding of the commercial lending products.

Ability to explore solutions and articulate recommendations using data driven analysis.

Ability to lead/support delivery of product initiatives of moderate complexity
-
Experience in leading and/or coaching others (role grade dependent)
-
Collaborative approach to problem solving with experience in influencing outcomes.
-
Ability make decisions and communicate direction, rationale and outcomes clearly.
-
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer & banker experiences.

Ability to identify, monitor and manage risks, issues and dependencies.

A strong commercial, analytical and strategic mindset.

Solid technical experience with Excel preferred
