About the Role
As a PMO Analyst in our team, you’ll play a key role in working closely with Integration Management Office (IMO) team and workstream leads to help deliver the program successfully. As a PMO Analyst, you will be the point of contact for all the moving parts in relation to Reporting and Change Control, establishing and maintaining the processes for documenting, storing and sharing information and communicating inside and outside the program as required.

What will your day look like?
As a PMO Analyst, you will be accountable for:

End to end reporting for Transition Service Agreement and Suncorp Bank Integration Program initiatives (TSAs and Non TSAs)

Program Delivery Updates to various forums and stakeholders including PDG, SteerCo, TGG, ESG and Migration Alignment

Provide trends and flag issues to the Delivery Team

Alignment to dependencies
-
RAIDD Reporting alignment
-
Change Control process management and execution (chair, review and challenge role)
-
PPM support including Tech Resourcing, Portfolio reporting
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Strong project governance skills including monitoring and tracking the progress of programs/project and providing regular status reports, providing analysis and insights on progress, tracking and managing dependencies and change requests, support planning and scheduling of key activities and identifying and managing dependencies

Demonstrated experience working closely with senior stakeholders
-
Effective communication channels to effectively resolve issues and remove barriers to success

Experience in a similar role (or a genuine passion to learn on the job)

Ability to build and maintain great relationships
-
Flexible and adaptable
-
Good grasp of Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, MS Office, including TEAMS, Project, Word, Excel and Outlook
