About the Role

As an NFR Process & Resilience Senior Manager in our team, you’ll play a key role in helping to manage disruption risk in new ways, with increased due diligence and under greater scrutiny. You would also need to extend non-financial risk transformation beyond critical operations. The aim of this role is to identify Australia Retail’s business operations and their dependencies, creating credible BCPs and setting tolerances for disruption for important operations.

What will your day look like?

As an NFR Process & Resilience Senior Manager, you will:

  • Support the uplift of a process-driven approach for non-financial risk management across Australia Retail by delivering E2E process mapping & in system configuration of the division’s operations with key dependency, risk and control overlays.

  • Identify the division’s operations, assessing their criticality and documenting their dependencies, creating credible BCPs and setting tolerances for disruption (for important operations).

  • Scope, plan and work with business stakeholders to implement new or changes to their e2e business process maps in line with ANZ’s process management standard, including identification of process owners

  • Identify data points required to monitor important operations and support operational resilience uplift

  • Facilitate working groups and awareness sessions on the CPS 230 Standard and ANZ’s operational resilience methodology including policy, standards and procedures.

  • Support the NFR Critical Processes and Operations Lead with breaking down work, planning, coaching and guiding junior team members

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Experience with delivery of CPS230 compliance outcomes, business continuity planning and operational resilience practices

  • The elicitation, analysis, specification and validation of requirements and constraints to enable effective development and operations of new or changed processes (e.g. data requirements for monitoring important operations and support operational resilience uplift).

  • Facilitation of workshops to identify important operations, dependencies, disruption scenarios, tolerances and BCP data points.

  • Value chain definition that highlights the internal activities a business engages in when transforming inputs into outputs

  • The ability to create a process model that demonstrates how a process works, its dependencies and parallel processes to understand the e2e flow.
