About the Role
As an Executive Assistant in Group Technology division, you’ll play a key role in providing high-level support to Group 2 leaders. This is a pivotal role where you will operate at the heart of a fast-paced, global environment, providing trusted and proactive support across a broad leadership group. You’ll play a key role in enabling leaders to operate effectively, managing competing priorities, facilitating seamless coordination, and ensuring strong organisational rhythm across the division.

What will your day look like?
- Provide executive support to Domain Leads, Tribe Leads, Technology Area Leads and CoE Leads on a shared basis
- Manage complex calendars, inboxes, and communications with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and associated logistics
- Support global teams through meeting coordination, documentation management, and communications preparation
- Organise leadership meetings, steering committees, and key forums, including preparing materials and tracking outcomes
- Oversee event coordination including conferences, offsites, and leadership sessions
- Manage expenses, invoices, and event-related costs
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders globally
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Extensive experience supporting senior executives (ideally C-suite or Group-level leaders) in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities with minimal supervision
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships
- High levels of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
- Advanced proficiency across Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and collaboration tools
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues independently
- Experience managing events and supporting senior leadership forums
- Experience operating in highly governed or regulated environments
- Strong ability to navigate complex organisational structures and processes
