About the Role

As an Enterprise Finance Non-Financial Risk Program and Change Manager in our team, you’ll play a key role in helping to support the delivery implementation and adoption of I.AM Amplified Program across Enterprise Finance. This is a critical role in a high priority regulatory program uplifting the management of Non-Financial Risk Framework and systems at ANZ through delivery of a new Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) system and an enhanced NFR framework. The changes are Enterprise-wide and impact all staff. As a Project Business Analyst, you will support Enterprise Finance to implement the proposed changes. Your role will support a number of key adoption activities, including, but not limited to, data uplift, business readiness, change management, communications and data migration. You will support Enterprise Finance’s adoption and implementation plan of the I.AM Amplified Program in conjunction with the Group Program, Risk & Compliance SMEs, then governing execution of the plan. This role also promotes the development of a strong, effective and enduring risk management culture within Enterprise Finance. Enterprise Finance business units encompass, Group Finance, Group Tax, CTT, Mergers & Acquisitions, Group Legal/CSO, Group Treasury, FSDI, Group Property, Group Procurement and Investor Relations.

What will your day look like?

As an Enterprise Finance Non-Financial Risk Program and Change Manager, you will:

  • Support and coordinate Enterprise Finance, I.AM Program adoption, implementation and delivery in line with financial forecasts and expected resource profile

  • Support /lead risk, compliance and governance and oversight of the program ensuring that milestones and commitments are met in line with the agreed project plan

  • Change management governance, co-ordination and support for Enterprise Finance

  • Prepare and plan project status updates against key milestones, regulatory commitments, financial forecasts and expected resource profile to Enterprise Finance Working Group, Steering Committees and Risk Management Committee

  • Support project governance adoption and implementation responsibilities of the various Enterprise Finance Business Units

What will you bring?

  • Proven demonstrated relevant professional experience in risk, assurance, controls and compliance.

  • Project and Change Management and related governance experience

  • Proven ability to work in and contribute to a positive, supportive and high performing team and proactively contribute ideas to continuously improve team performance

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in developing useful and insightful risk reporting. 

  • Demonstrated track record of working to deadlines and being efficient and organized in all operations.

  • Strong organisational, forward planning and time management skills

  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
