About the Role
As an EF Change Risk Expert in our team, you’ll play a key role in helping to support RTO activities such as working with Accounting Policy in horizon scanning, determine impacts to obligations and control objectives and create new records and/or amend retire existing records, etc.

What will your day look like?
As an EF Change Risk Expert, you will:
- Work with the CoSec office, Group CFO and the senior LT in ensuring that Enterprise Finance FAR accountability is well managed
- Act as the RTO support for relevant Finance Risk Themes, and work closely with other BGC, Control Officers and Assurance teams in understanding relevant citations and control objectives for adoption and BAU activities
Lead NFR Change Risk Management Risk Framework requirements and NFR Assessments for Enterprise Finance Investment Slate change initiatives and BAU change projects (1st line Risk assessments and coordination with 2nd Line review and challenge) - Drive and support Enterprise Finance Risk Culture assessments related matters such as leading working groups and forums
- Role model good risk culture and drive risk culture program to drive enhanced risk culture across EF (consistent with NFR embedment objective)
- Support embedment of NFR change across EF, working closely with the broader NFR EF BG&C team, the Well-Managed Lead and the Controls Assurance team
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Build sustainable NFR model across EF, driving maturity in risk management and culture
- Drive enhancements in risk management more broadly across EF including ensuring appropriate governance across all EF BU-1s
- Manage and mentor the development of employees (direct and matrix, including offshore where applicable)
- Be a role model risk culture and behaviours of the Bank, including running and organising training sessions
