About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to provide delivery leadership across Group Risk for the Suncorp Bank migration.

This role is responsible for coordinating and overseeing end‑to‑end delivery across multiple Risk streams, ensuring alignment, integration, and transparency across milestones, dependencies, and outcomes.

You’ll work closely across Risk, Technology, and business stakeholders to manage delivery risks, support issue resolution, and ensure progress and readiness are effectively governed and reported throughout the migration lifecycle.

Role Type: 12 month Fixed Term Contract - Full time

What will your day look like?

In this role, you will:

• Provide delivery leadership across Group Risk to ensure requirements are accurately represented and delivered under a decentralised execution model
• Coordinate delivery across multiple Risk teams and subject matter experts, tracking milestones, dependencies, and outcomes
• Establish and maintain integrated delivery plans, governance, and cadence
• Identify, manage, and escalate delivery risks and interdependencies in a timely and structured manner
• Foster strong collaboration and trust across diverse stakeholder groups
• Provide clear, concise, and timely delivery updates to senior stakeholders, including progress, risks, and issues requiring decision
• Ensure delivery reporting aligns with Group Risk and enterprise governance requirements
• Support regulatory, risk, and readiness outcomes throughout the migration

What will you bring?

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Relevant senior Project Management experience including delivering to timelines and budget and with strong governance and business outcomes
• Experience leading  large‑scale transformation initiatives is highly regarded
• Ability to lead cross‑functional delivery and align outcomes across multiple stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability, including with senior leaders
• Experience managing delivery risks, dependencies, and issue escalation
• Familiarity with Non‑Financial Risk frameworks and delivery tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Ability to manage competing priorities with strong delivery discipline
