As a Change Manager, you are accountable for:

  • Designing and implementing change strategies to support NFR-related remediation initiatives under the APRA EU (Enforceable Undertaking) program.
  • Leading change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis across business units and risk teams.
  • Developing and delivering comprehensive change plans, including communications, training, engagement, and readiness activities.

  • Establishing sustainable change practices that support the embedding of operational and compliance risk improvements.
  • Preparing high-quality communication materials and change artefacts for senior stakeholders and governance forums.
  • Actively contributing to risk culture uplift by supporting behavioural change and leadership alignment.

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • 8+ years’ experience in change management, ideally in financial services, risk, or regulatory settings

  • Experience with APRA-led remediation or transformation initiatives (Enforceable Undertaking experience is a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of Risk Management Frameworks and the Three Lines of Defence model
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including at executive level
  • Ability to turn complex regulatory changes into clear, practical messaging and adoption strategies
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies and how they fit into project delivery
