About the Role


The Senior Manager, Procurement & TPRM Business & Market Intelligence plays a critical leadership role in delivering data-driven, actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making across the Procurement and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) functions. This role is instrumental in partnering with cross-functional Procurement and TPRM teams, as well as Business Units, to unlock value from internal and external third-party data sources. The Senior Manager will lead efforts to track and analyse procurement performance— including benefit realization—and translate complex data into strategic insights that drive informed decisions across strategic sourcing, supplier risk management, procurement operations, risk mitigation, and investment planning. In addition, the Senior Manager will be accountable for the development and stewardship of a comprehensive third-party supplier spend cube and the delivery of robust external supplier market intelligence. These capabilities will underpin the formulation of category strategies, support ROI analysis of procurement-led initiatives, and enable more effective and efficient enterprise sourcing & Operational decisions.

What will your day look like?

 

As a Business & Markets Intelligence Senior Manager, you are accountable for: 

1. Cross-functional Collaboration & Use Case Development

  • Partner with Category Managers, Strategic Sourcing, TPRM, and Operations leads to align on objectives and reporting needs.

2. Analytics, Dashboards & Reporting (Tableau Expertise)

  • Lead delivery of dashboards and reports using Tableau and BI tools for procurement KPIs, supplier performance, spend analysis, and risk indicators.

3. Supplier Market Intelligence & Insights

  • Develop external market intelligence capabilities to track suppliers, industry trends, risks, and innovations.

4. Procurement Benefit Realization & ROI Tracking

  • Create frameworks to track cost savings, value creation, and compliance improvements.

5. Spend Cube Optimization

  • Manage and optimize supplier spend cube with dimensions like category, geography, and risk.

6. TPRM Analytics Integration

  • Incorporate risk data (cyber, ESG, financial) into dashboards and reports.

7. Process Improvement & Digital Enablement

  • Identify automation and digital enhancement opportunities in procurement and TPRM analytics.

8. Team Leadership

  • Lead and develop a team of data and insights professionals; foster innovation and collaboration.

What will you bring?


To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Thought leader for design decisions around technical solutions and analytics
• Ability to plan and prioritize to deliver the best outcomes 
• Hands on technical knowledge of data tools e.g. SAS, SQL, Qlik
• Understanding of data lakes, key data fields and data standards across S2P suite (Ariba, Risk data etc)
• Analytical skills; specifically, the ability to assess information, draw conclusions and make recommendations
• Competent communication, facilitation, interpersonal skills including a good level of influencing ability
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and to quickly instil trust and confidence
• A flexible, reflective and adaptable working style (able to work in ambiguous, fast paced and cross-functional team environments)
• Are team-oriented, and actively foster an inclusive, collaborative work environment
• Business transformation and change management experience 
• Experience applying the agreed ANZ Change Management Frameworks (including practices and templates) to implement, 
transition, and sustain the change
