The Business Analyst Role is critical to making this happen. The role is responsible for developing the business requirements for the External Data Integration stream

What will your day look like?

You will be working with a wide range of stakeholders predominantly in the KYC business, Insto operations, Technology and Risk to:

• Define business and data requirement scope for country specific and global KYC requirements to facilitate External data integration with the KYC platform, mainly for the Institutional segment
• Identify and review project deliverables for completeness, quality, and compliance with established project standards
• Work with the project team (including external service providers, project manager and test manager) to ensure business outcomes are achieved within defined cost, time, and quality constraints.
• Supporting change governance, planning, and reporting requirements
• Engagement, collaboration, and relationship building with a range of stakeholders including subject matter experts, project team members and leadership

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Strong Consulting background or previous BA experience in KYC/ AML or Financial Services
• Ability to define and articulate business and customer needs and drivers to inform decision making, assess and design solution outcomes and identify capability gaps
• UI and data visualisation skills and ability to translate business and data requirement into practical business recommendations
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with strong communication, influencing and relationship building ability.
• Understanding of Risk & Change management frameworks in financial services, and their application in both project management and operations perspective
• Ability to plan and manage analysis work for a team.
• Able to work autonomously and own deliverables end-to-end.
