About The Role
Join Group Risk’s PACT Program – a set of initiatives that turn complicated, company-wide promises into clear, testable requirements and well-managed delivery results.
Reporting to Group Risk’s PACT Delivery Team, you will bring structure, traceability and risk discipline to initiatives that underpin our commitment to uplift NonFinancial Risk (NFR) management.
This role operates within the Enterprise NFR uplift program, and you will work to program governance, reporting and closure standards, ensuring highquality evidence, timely risk escalation and controlled delivery across Group Risk and partner divisions.

Work Hours: Full time, 40 hrs/week
What will your day look like?
We are a dynamic fast paced delivery environment and the focus areas for these roles will develop and evolve as program delivery progresses. Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the delivery of Non-Financial Risk initiatives under the APRA Enforceable Undertaking program by collaborating with Business and Risk Subject Matter Experts to co-design activities and deliverables, and identify opportunities or areas requiring focus
- Translation of business requirements and feedback into actionable solutions
- Applying your knowledge and expertise by combining and interrogating qualitative and quantitative data to identify patterns and trends, providing meaningful information and insights to help inform decisions
- Active identification, management and remediation of delivery risks and issues.
- Creation and maintenance of key analysis artifacts, such as process maps, specifications, and decision logs.
- Development and analysis of reporting to track progress and outcomes against target state
- Support the Non-Financial Risk Operating Model by demonstrating a strong understanding of risk management practices and behaviours
- Active participation in delivery stream cadence
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, ideally in working within Risk or Regulatory Compliance programs.
- Strong knowledge of Non-Financial Risk and Risk Management Frameworks.
- Experience in one of the following (not essential) – Product Management, Data, Process
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and documentation standards
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes, drive clarity, and balance risk, compliance, and customer outcomes.
- Skilled in applying enterprise delivery standards and producing high-quality artefacts across project lifecycles.
- Analytical problem solving and structured thinking; sound judgement in balancing value, risk, and feasibility
- Experience in managing program-level planning, reporting, and RAID activities.
- Team-first mindset, user focus, adaptability, continuous improvement, and risk awareness
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills with clear communication across business and technology areas
- Ability to appreciate difficult problems and work autonomously on tasks with high complexity and clearly represent findings.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or Business Analysis certifications
