About the Role

As a Business and Private Banking Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end case management for onboarding Business and Private Banking (B&PB) customers with B&PB and PCM / Institutional products.

Schedule: Full time, 40hrs/week

What will your day look like?

As a B&PB Onboarding Specialist, you are accountable for: 

  • Working closely with Transaction Banking Sales B&PB frontline to seamlessly enable great experiences for new to bank and existing customers
  • Responsible for onboarding of all B&PB products, and PCM / Institutional products
  • Coordinating with offshore teams to ensure deals meet SLAs and with a particular focus on accuracy
  • Provide product training to customers to ensure they are engaged and transacting with their new products effectively
  • Helping to drive profitable, sustainable growth of B&PB products, and PCM / Institutional products within B&PB
  • Provide a high level of responsiveness to customer requests by satisfying enquiries accurately the first time around
  • Identify and effectively communicate opportunities to enhance customer efficiency
  • Increase quality of customer engagement and Transaction Banking brand in market
  • Contributing to the origination of new customers / new B&PB products, and PCM / Institutional products in B&PB on behalf of internal stakeholders
  • Protect the Bank by adhering to the highest risk management standards, including all personal role and organisational compliance obligations met and maintained.
  • Manage your business and customers by adhering to the required onboarding disciplines and management / application of all tools and resources. Includes contribution to team outputs across cases closed, productivity, utilisation, achieving SLAs
