What will your day look like

Your role as a Senior Relationship Manager will be to manage and grow a portfolio of accounts through client acquisition, cross-sell and referrals. By developing a network of contacts, you will assist in achieving overall business strategies of sourcing new business, maximising existing business and increasing effectiveness. Maintaining a detailed understanding of customers’ business and financial needs, along with keeping abreast of economic trends will be core to your success. You will collaborate with product partners and other stakeholders to ensure an effective and value adding strategy is identified for the client whilst minimising all potential risks to ANZ.

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Excellent customer focus with genuine curiosity for understanding customer drivers and delivering solutions to meet their needs
  • Strong analytical skills with regards understanding financial statements and credit risk
  • Demonstrated understanding of Corporate business/structuring and their typical needs and expectations.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team, with proven negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills and technologically savvy
  • Tertiary qualification in a financial / business related field preferable.
