What will your day look like

The Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of customers within our Corporate team. This role will make banking easier for some of our complex customers by better understanding them and their business needs. With the use of your impeccable financial analysis, stakeholder management and communication skills, you will provide intelligent solutions and proactive insights to help our customers grow.

 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

 

  • Develop, maintain and grow a customer portfolio with sustainable long-term client relationships

  • Role model good customer outcomes and make banking easier for complex customers, by understanding their business needs and providing insightful solutions

  • Enhance the bank’s profile in the marketplace – being present at networking events, and show an understanding of the business environment and our offerings

  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all ANZ’s core products, and recognise when to introduce your specialist knowledge and expertise

  • Provide ongoing leadership, support, and development for Relationship Associates, Relationship Managers, and other staff as appropriate

  • Embody and embed ANZ’s values and purpose within the team
