Our high-performing teams of Relationship Associates play a critical role in making this happen, by supporting our Relationship Managers in making banking easier for customers, providing customer solutions and insights by conducting financial analysis, along with lending support for designated customer groups. This role is ideal for those with an eagerness to grow into Relationship Management responsibilities or to grow and develop as a specialist Relationship Associate. Your success will provide numerous development opportunities within our Business team, and the wider ANZ business.
Role Location: Ōtautahi - Christchurch
Role Type: Permanent, Full Time (open for Part-Time arrangement)

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
• A keen interest in Commercial industries
• Financial literacy and analytical skills
• The ability to analyse and interpret data, to provide insight into financial trends
• Comfort working across a variety of stakeholders, establishing and maintaining strong relationships
• Sound understanding of structuring security arrangements
• Excellent communication, both written and oral
• Strong time management and prioritisation skills coupled with a high degree of self-motivation
• A willingness to accelerate your own development and work in a fast paced, challenging environment
• A tertiary qualification in a financial discipline, or previous financial/lending experience
