Mō te tūranga - About the role
Sitting within ANZ Business Sector, The Transaction Banking Manager will be responsible for identifying and implementing innovative payments and cash management solutions for new to bank and existing Business clients. The successful candidate will collaborate with Relationship Managers/Product Partners and other stakeholders to identify industries and then build a strategy to target these segments.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:
- Manage a portfolio of Business clients.
- Understanding customers more complex business needs and providing suitable transactional solutions.
- Proactively identifying improvements to clients back-office finance functions.
- Undertake presentations to customers demonstrating ANZ capabilities.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of relevant Transaction Banking products, in order to offer the best solutions for customers.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Able to build and drive business origination.
- Strong networking capability demonstrated with internal and external stakeholders.
- Be a great communicator with strong people skills, allowing you to build rapport quickly and influence at all levels
- Highly self-motivated and capable of working alone and in team environments
- Proven ability to manage complexity/ambiguity and conflicting demands simultaneously
- Transactional Banking experience preferred.
