About the Role

As a Transaction Banking Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Lead and collaborate in Transaction Banking customer solution strategies for new to bank customers within the SME & D&SI segment within Business & Private Bank.
  
  
• Subject matter expert for professional services, payments and cash management products to provide appropriate solutions to our customers
  
  
• Deliver and maintain high standards across all processes within Transaction Banking, ensuring excellent customer service
  
  

Driving profitable sustainable growth of our Transaction Banking products, share customer led insights & solutions and providing ongoing customer/banker education (Cybercrime, Digital Self Service).

What will your day look like?

As a Transaction Banking Specialist, you are accountable for: 

• Driving customer centric outcomes for NTB customers by ensuring complete needs analysis and appropriate solutions development
  
  
• Prepare and present high quality pitch documents to clients
  
  
• Support customers migration to digital channels as well as providing cyber security education
  
  
• Actively engage with relationship partners to achieve customer outcomes
  
  
• Strengthen and deepen the value of the customer relationship by educating customers with key insights on how they can use Transaction Banking better
  
  
• Strong engagement and provision of high quality information into central support teams to enable quality pitch documents
  
  
• Raise the Transaction Banking brand and profile through collaboration and customer engagement as well as active engagement with stakeholders and enablers
  
  
• Compliance and adherence with ANZ policies, processes and standards as well as with external regulatory requirements
