About the Role

As a Transaction Banking Specialist, you’ll play a key role in bringing this purpose to life by partnering with our Business & Private Bank teams to deliver smart, customer led transaction banking solutions for new to bank customers across the SME and D&SI segments. You’ll collaborate closely with relationship teams to design and deliver tailored solutions across payments, cash management and professional services, helping customers run their businesses more efficiently and securely.

In this role, you’ll be a trusted subject matter expert, providing deep insights and practical solutions that meet customer needs today while supporting sustainable growth for the future. You’ll lead high quality client engagements, including preparing and presenting compelling pitch materials, supporting customer migrations to digital channels, and educating customers on cyber security and digital self service tools. Through strong collaboration and thought leadership, you’ll help elevate the Transaction Banking profile while delivering consistently excellent customer experiences.

What will your day look like?

Your day-to-day will be dynamic and relationship driven. You’ll work closely with bankers, product partners and central support teams to achieve customer outcomes, accelerate sales opportunities, and maintain a healthy, well managed pipeline. You’ll also share valuable market and industry insights, particularly around digital trends and cyber awareness, while supporting the upskilling of relationship teams to build confidence in transaction banking products and processes.

You’ll bring a solid understanding of transaction banking solutions within the SME and D&SI environment, along with strong presentation, influencing and analytical skills.
