About the Role
As a Relationship Credit Assistant Manager in our ANZ Agribusiness team, you’ll play a key role in helping our team in Brisbane support customers in Queensland and continue to have a high reputation in the market with fast turnaround times. This role is responsible for credit analysis and customer support, working closely with the Senior Relationship Credit Manager and Senior Relationship Manager. You will also ensure sound risk management is maintained for the portfolio and will require a close working relationship with credit partners and product specialists.

What will your day look like?
As a Relationship Credit Assistant Manager, you will have the opportunity to:
- Support our Relationship Managers in making banking easier for customers, providing customer solutions, and insights,
- Conduct financial analysis and develop and implement appropriate customer strategies,
- Establish and maintain a professional profile in the market and maintain an understanding of the customer’s industry and associated markets,
- Work collaboratively with other internal work functions and stakeholders, and
- Demonstrate living the ANZ Values with customers and colleagues.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Relevant banking experience and tertiary qualification (accounting preferred)
- Understanding of cash flow analysis and forecasting techniques, strong MS Excel skills required
- Demonstrated customer service skills (internal and external)
- Enthusiastic approach and keenness to learn and develop
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Agribusiness knowledge preferred, but not required
