About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to two senior executives within our organisation.
This role is critical to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the executive’s office, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities and decision-making. You will play a key role in fostering a well-managed, collaborative team environment through your proactive approach, strong organisational capability, and ability to manage competing priorities.
Role Location: Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne
Role Type: Permanent, Full-time
What will your day look like?
In this role, you will:
- Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and reports
- Coordinate executive projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and follow-up
- Act as a key liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
- Organise and coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking, and tracking actions
- Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making
- Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism
What will you bring?
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior leaders
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and proactively, anticipating the needs of the executive
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation
