About the Role
As a Customer Communications Templater, you will be a subject matter expert; assessing, creating, managing and delivering customer communication content. You will assist in creating a long term, sustainable business, through partnering with the Product and Customer Managers to protect and create value, by providing customer communication delivery and management support across the Bank portfolio.
The purpose of this role is to act as the expert in relation to all facets of Banking document delivery. The role will assist with identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities with respect to customer communication and delivery to create efficiencies and realise synergies with other customer communication functions.
Role Type: Fixed Term contract (ending on 31 July 2025)

Work Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
What will your day look like?
As a Customer Communications Templater, you will:
- Provide support to the Customer Communication Leader, to deliver Bank Initiatives,
- Create and maintain Bank templates within provided templating environments
- Execute and test changes to customer communications as requested,
- Analyse defects or issues within customer communication and make recommendations to remediate issues,
- Participate in prioritisation forums to determine priorities for updating customer communication,
- Analyse business initiatives to confirm the customer communication impact, and ensure changes are delivered in a timely manner,
- Monitor the successful delivery of customer communication, and take action where communication is not delivered as required,
- Coordinate the implementation of change across Bank, as specified in the Bank program of work, including completion of implementation activities required to deliver initiatives in a timely manner, and
- Participate in completion of the non-communications task assigned to the team
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Functional experience or expertise in one or more of the following disciplines: Software Development, Technical Business or Solution Analysis
- Demonstrable experience with template management tools (e.g. Scriptura Designer and SmartIQ) and exposure to other templating tools
- Experience in managing and working with external business partners globally
- Knowledge in developing Web Services
- Good exposure in HTML, CSS, Java Script, XML, XSLT
- Experience in project management and delivery and familiarity with associated will be highly regarded
