As a National Small Business Specialist, you will:

• Build meaningful relationships with business customers and support them in starting, managing, and growing their businesses
• Actively engage with customers through inbound and outbound interactions
• Understand customer needs through quality conversations and tailored financial advice
• Apply expertise in cash flow management concepts and ANZ products to provide suitable recommendations
• Develop a strong understanding of lending fundamentals and business banking solutions
• Deliver exceptional customer service while identifying growth opportunities for customers and the bank

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Must Have

• Professional phone manner and telephone etiquette
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-facing experience, either in person or over the phone
  
  

Good to Have

• Understanding of small business and commercial banking markets
• Knowledge of Money In, Managing Money, Money Out, and cash flow management concepts
• Lending experience or exposure to lending products and processes
