About the Role


As a Business Sales Lead, you’ll play a key role in helping to customers. This role consists of leadership positions responsible for the leadership and management of a team of employees, including sales, maintaining service excellence and ensuring the team is compliant with ANZ's policies and procedures.

What will your day look like?

 

As a Business Sales Lead, the primary focus is to drive sales performance outcomes.

They will manage approximately 25 franchisees, providing both one-on-one and group sales coaching. This involves concentrating on pipeline management, client retention, and new business growth.

They partner with franchisees to set business goals, track progress against targets, and implement customized improvement plans to drive sustainable performance. Monitoring sales performance and providing timely feedback is crucial, so they also implement intervention strategies when necessary. Additionally, they facilitate the development of annual business plans that align with the Mobile Lending Performance Framework (MLPF). Their role includes guiding franchisees in building effective marketing strategies that balance local market opportunities with brand-wide initiatives.

They support franchisees by leveraging customer insights, industry trends, and best practices to enhance market presence and customer acquisition. Furthermore, they assist in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new lenders, ensuring alignment with performance expectations. They will also support franchisees in developing succession plans to ensure the continuity and stability of business operations.

Your focus will be to support the Mobile Lending strategy by building relationships with our franchise partners and driving business growth.

Financial – contribute to sales and FUM growth, drive improve application conversion

Customer – contribute to market-leading customer service, evidenced through NPS results

Risk & Compliance – ongoing performance monitoring, drive strong risk awareness culture.

  • Strong understanding of retail home loan credit policy
  • Strong understanding of retail & commercial business partners, sales and risk frameworks and processes
