Suncorp Bank is seeking passionate, customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic Contact Centre team as Full-Time Banking Consultants, supporting customers across daytime and nighttime shifts (with rosters available up to 7PM).

Role Location: Heritage Lanes, 80 Ann Street, Brisbane QLD 4000
Role Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Shift: Evening shifts (Latest finish 10:30PM)

Training Requirement

Full training attendance is required to build your skills before moving into your evening and weekend shifts.

Training period: 9 Nov 2026 – 11 Dec 2026
Training hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30AM – 5PM

Roster Options – Full Time
Shifts run within set start windows and are approximately 8 hours, offering a balance of consistency and flexibility to help you plan your day with ease.

Monday – Friday 11:30PM – 1:30PM start window (8 hours)

Evening Coverage Requirement
Availability is required for shifts finishing as late as 10:30PM, scheduled in line with operational needs

As a Banking Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of the customer experience—helping make banking simpler, smoother, and more human every single day. You’ll make a real impact by:

• Supporting customers via phone with banking enquiries
• Deliver clear, empathetic, and efficient service
• Build trust through communication and problem-solving
• Work collaboratively in a team environment
