Looking for a role that works around your life-not the other way around? Join our Brisbane Contact Centre team as a Full-Time Banking Consultant, where your evenings and weekends help deliver meaningful support to customers when they need it most.

This is more than a contact centre role-it’s a pathway into a long-term banking career within the Suncorp Bank, where integrity, respect, and doing the right thing by customers sit at the heart of every interaction.

From day one, you’ll be set up to succeed with structured training, ongoing coaching, and a highly collaborative team environment. Once established, you’ll benefit from a hybrid work model, giving you flexibility while staying connected to your team.

Role Location: Heritage Lanes, 80 Ann Street, Brisbane QLD 4000
Role Type: Permanent, full time role 
Focus: Weekend and evening shifts (up to 10 PM)

Training Requirement

Full training attendance is required to build your skills before moving into your evening and weekend shifts.

Training period: 24 August – 02 October
Training hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM

Roster Options – Full Time
Shifts run within set start windows and are approximately 8 hours, offering a balance of consistency and flexibility to help you plan your day with ease.

Start Windows
Tuesday to Saturday: 11 AM – 1:30 PM start window (8H)
Sunday to Thursday: 11 AM – 1:30 PM start window (8H)

Evening Coverage Requirement
Availability is required for shifts finishing as late as 10 PM, scheduled in line with operational needs

As a Banking Consultant, you will:

• Answer inbound calls and support everyday banking enquiries
• Put customers first with clear, empathetic service
• Own the outcome and resolve customer needs end-to-end
• Deliver with excellence in every interaction
• Work as one in a collaborative team

No banking experience needed – full training will be provided
