As a Banking Consultant, you’ll be part of a modern hybrid working model, designed to give you the best of both worlds. Once training is complete, you’ll enjoy a balanced 50/50 split between office collaboration and working from home—supporting flexibility, connection, and performance.
In this role, you’ll turn complexity into clarity and make banking feel simple and human for our valued customers. Based in our inbound contact centre, every conversation is a chance to make a real difference—delivering solutions, building trust, and creating standout experiences.
Role Type: Multiple vacancies. All permanent roles; Full time roles (roster options below)
Role Location: Heritage Lanes, 80 Ann Street, Brisbane QLD 4000
Roster options:
Option 1) Full time, 37.5 hours Monday – Friday: 7AM - 10AM start time
Option 2) Full time, 37.5 hours Monday – Friday: 11AM – 2PM start time
Option 3) Full time, 37.5 hours Tuesday - Saturday: 7AM - 10AM start time
Option 4) Full time, 37.5 hours Tuesday - Saturday: 11AM – 2PM start time

What will your day look like?
As a Banking Consultant, you will:
• Deliver outstanding customer service by providing timely, effective solutions to customer enquiries
• Support customers with everyday banking enquiries, account openings, and processes via telephone
• Listen actively, build trust, and ask meaningful questions to exceed customer expectations and improve outcomes
• Contribute to a positive and balanced team culture that values people, customers, risk awareness, and performance
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
• A genuine passion for customer service, with confidence using computer systems
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and resilience when supporting customers
• A willingness to learn, grow, and work collaboratively as part of a team
