About the Role
The Analyst – DTC Recruiting and Onboarding will be responsible for providing end-to-end functional support for the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) module. This role requires strong expertise in HR processes, system configuration, and stakeholder management, along with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
You will act as a functional consultant, driving requirement discussions, performing fit-gap analysis, supporting system configuration, and ensuring seamless system performance through testing and defect resolution.

Work Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
What will your day look like?
You Are Accountable To;
- Provide day-to-day support for SAP SuccessFactors RCM.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and defects, ensuring SLA adherence.
- Troubleshoot issues and deliver effective technical and operational solutions.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, customers, and vendors.
- Lead workshops to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and business teams.
- Support end-to-end project lifecycle (design to deployment).
- Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend system improvements.
- Drive adoption and enhancements across SuccessFactors.
- Align solutions with HR best practices.
- Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvements.
- Use tools like Jira and Confluence for effective planning and tracking.
What will you bring?
To grow and succeed in this role, you will ideally bring:
- Experience: 7+ years in HR systems, with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors (RCM).
- Proven experience in 1–2 end-to-end implementations and BAU support.
- Solid understanding of HR processes, system design, configuration, testing, and application support.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Prior consulting experience with global organizations is preferred.
- Experience with ONB 2.0 and Employee Central (EC)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow HRSD
- Exposure to Jira and Confluence
- Knowledge of financial services industry trends
- Strong customer-first mindset
