As a Senior Analyst in our Technology Assurance and Controls, you’ll play a key role accountable for ensuring that risks associated with day-to-day operations are manage and governed appropriately.

What will your day look like?

The Tech Risk & Info Security Specialist will ensure that Technology Policies and Procedures are adhered.

As a Tech Risk & Info Security Specialist, you will:

• Working collaboratively with senior stakeholders to deliver on regulatory requirements and other risk reporting activities.

• Ensuring integrity of risk data is maintained and liaise with stakeholders to enhance data quality.

• Preparation of exemplary reporting of Non-financial Risks in Group Technology and ensuring compliance with internal reporting requirements.

• Governance and education on key risk information (e.g controls, issues, risks, NFRevents, incidents and audit issues etc) across the division.

• Drive discussion and change to uplift risk management practice within the Division.

• Coordinating and managing meetings to support the regulatory responses.

• Supporting and assist Governance, Reporting & Regulatory squad members to deliver priorities.

• Implementing a culture within Squad, encouraging best practices around quality and documentation.

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Effective communication, negotiation skills and the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders within the Division and in country ANZ teams.

• Have a can-do attitude to deliver squad priorities.

• Superior attention to detail when performing tasks.

• Demonstrated experience in producing divisional and executive risk reporting.

• Ability to manage own time and prioritise workload and deliverables.

• Intermediate skills in MS Office suite (excel, PPT and word).

• The desire to learn and build on new and existing skills and capabilities.

• Knowledge and ability to process, map and transform data from raw form ensuring it is valuable and appropriate for analytics and downstream consumption.

• Ability to manage the output of exemplary analysis (of key risk information e.g. controls, treatments, risks, events, incidents and audit issues, etc.) and translate such data into a consumable product for executives, boards and sub-committees.

• Experience in a business domain and its technology environment

• Sound understanding of operational risk frameworks, regulatory requirements, delivery standards and control frameworks (CObIT, NIST, SANS, ISO27K, etc.)
