About the Role
The role is responsible for
- Managing the team responsible for managing a Team of around 15 staff who works for Customer Settlements function.
- Motivating the team to deliver on the service levels, meet or exceed productivity and quality targets through accurate capacity planning and monitoring of service/productivity levels throughout each day.
- Ensuring optimal performance by staff members through well designed training, development plan and developing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Managing escalations and customer complaints
- Monitor and strengthen controls effectively.
- Effective change management

Role Location: Bengaluru
Work Hours: 8.5Hours/Day, Monday to Friday, Rotational Shift as per the business requirement
What will your day look like?
As a Team Leader, you will:
- Align process improvements with strategy of division / operations in relation to FTE management
- Continuous improvement of processes and monitoring of operational cost reductions
- Ensure all processes are documented and fully compliant
- Ensure the process is audit and risk compliant
- Suggest opportunities for Continuous improvement of the processes based on customer input and innovations in designated area and share best practice with peer group
- Assist with standardisation of operations
- Ensure effective change management
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Ensure optimal resource loading and capacity planning to realise optimal service level delivery against minimal cost across the vertical and the Business Unit
- Engagement, culture and diversity in the team
- People management and development plans for the team
- Collaboration and stakeholder management
- Broad knowledge of Banking & reconciliation acquired through operations roles/branch
- Worked in Either Home Loan Fulfilment/Releases for last 18 months and should knowledge Mortgages fulfilment
- Strengthen and monitor the controls to minimise losses and ensure they are reported in a timely manner.
