This role will lead and execute the continuous improvement agenda across the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) lifecycle, ensuring that tools, processes, and stakeholder experiences are continuously refined to meet evolving regulatory expectations, business needs, and operational excellence standards.

What will your day look like?

 

  • Lead end-to-end incident investigation and triage processes.
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation, timely resolution, and proactive stakeholder communication to mitigate risk and prevent recurrence.
  • Gather, define, and refine enhancement requirements for TPRM tools and platforms.
  • Develop robust acceptance criteria and secure cross-functional stakeholder endorsement, including Risk Theme Owners and SNOW Support
  • Support structured change and release activities in alignment with the Group Services ServiceNow Product Area (GSSNPA).
  • Ensure seamless coordination with platform support teams to maintain system integrity and compliance.
  • Coordinate and execute testing across System Testing (ST), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Business Verification Testing (BVT).
  • Drive structured validation of TPRMHub upgrades and enhancements to ensure readiness and reliability.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and prioritisation sessions.
  • Optimise delivery outcomes by aligning CI initiatives with strategic priorities and stakeholder feedback.
  • Provide monthly reporting on implemented changes across the TPRMHub.
  • Highlight impacts, progress, and key insights to inform governance and future planning.
  • Serve as the team’s key point of contact and SME for end-to-end TPRM tool configuration.
  • Champion consistency, best practice adoption, and continuous learning across the team and broader stakeholder network and Third-Party Risk Management function.

 

What will you bring?

 

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

 

  • Deep understanding of Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) frameworks, including regulatory expectations, risk themes, and lifecycle processes within financial services.
  • Proven experience in continuous improvement or process optimisation, ideally within risk, procurement, or compliance functions.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, particularly in configuration, change/release management, and testing cycles (ST, UAT, BVT).
  • Strong working knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, including backlog management, sprint planning, and stakeholder prioritisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships, including risk owners, platform teams, and governance forums.

 

‘Good to have’ knowledge, skills, and experiences.

 

  • Experience working within financial services or regulated industries, with exposure to compliance, audit, or operational risk functions.
  • Familiarity with service management practices, particularly in incident, change, and release management contexts.
  • Knowledge of data analytics or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to enhance insights and decision-making.
  • Exposure to human-centred design or user experience (UX) principles, especially in the context of tool and process improvement.
  • Understanding of organisational change management practices, including stakeholder readiness, communications, and adoption strategies.
