About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Systems Analyst to join our Wholesale Digital Tech Area. This is a hands-on role where you will partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to shape, define, and deliver impactful solutions across liquidity and virtual account management domains.You will play a key role in translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements, supporting end-to-end delivery in an agile environment. Acting as the bridge between business and technology, you will contribute to solution design, drive stakeholder alignment, and ensure outcomes deliver measurable business value.

What will your day look like?
As a Systems/ Tech Analyst, you are accountable to:
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Designers, and squad members to shape solutions that maximise value delivery
- Translate business needs into well-defined requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Participate in agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, story elaboration, testing support, and release activities
- Evaluate MVP scope, feasibility, and alignment to strategic outcomes
- Manage stakeholder engagement, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and interdependencies across complex initiatives
- Support value tracking, release planning, and prioritisation to ensure timely delivery
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes, tooling, and delivery efficiency
- Contribute to knowledge sharing across teams and engage in broader organisational forums
What will you bring?
- Extensive experience (10+ years) with strong domain expertise in Liquidity Management and Virtual Account Management.
- Proven track record in delivering complex system implementations (e.g., cash pooling, sweeps, notional pooling, VAM solutions).
- Strong business analysis skills, with the ability to translate requirements for large-scale programs.
- Solid experience working in agile environments using tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to work across diverse, global teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Strong understanding of technology platforms and how they support business outcomes.
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex dependencies.
- Commercial and technical curiosity, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust and influence decisions
