About the Role
As a ServiceNow HRSD Systems Analyst in our Talent, Culture & Communications , you’ll play a key role in he HR functions and HR business processes, ability to drive requirements confirmation discussions, fit-gap analysis, prototyping and system configuration, data conversion (where applicable), testing and defect management are some of the skills and activities expected to be performed in the role of a functional consultant . The role requires extensive experience as a business/systems analyst, knowledge of HR business processes, and experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery. Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills are also essential.
This role is expected to act as a bridge between HR, Technology, and Delivery squads, owning requirements from discovery through to production support. The analyst will partner closely with Product Owners, Journey Experts, Engineers, and Architects to ensure HR solutions are fit-for-purpose, compliant, and designed for scale in a large enterprise environment.

What will your day look like?

Own end-to-end functional support and optimisation of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform.

Partner with Product Owners, Journey Experts, Engineers, and Architects to translate HR business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and technology outcomes.

Shape and refine business requirements, recommending fit-for-purpose solutions that deliver business value and improve employee experience.

Participate in backlog refinement, prioritisation, and delivery activities to ensure work is delivery-ready and aligned to priorities.

Support application design, configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing production support in a large enterprise environment.

Ensure solutions meet quality, risk, security, and change management requirements before deployment.

Support business stakeholders through process impacts, UAT, training, and change activities.

Maintain high-quality documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and HRSD capabilities.
What will you bring?
- Extensive experience as a Business / Systems Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar role within HR technology environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Solid understanding of HR business processes and HR system lifecycle management.
- Experience working across the software development lifecycle, including agile delivery and production support.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Strong stakeholder management experience, including engagement with senior stakeholders.
- Experience with testing, defect management, and UAT.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Experience working in matrix organisations and with cross-border teams.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- Employee experience mindset with exposure to human-centred design principles.
- Experience in deployment or optimisation of an HCM platform (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
- Project management experience across multiple workstreams.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
