About the Role
The Strategy & Enablement Senior Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of high-priority business improvement projects, driving process innovation and ensuring that improvements in Procurement processes align with organizational goals and business expectations.

What will your day look like?
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of strategic initiatives that enhance procurement capabilities and outcomes.
- Translate functional strategy into actionable procurement programs and frameworks.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with enterprise goals.
- Design and implement process and technology improvement that enhance efficiency, customer and employee experience and drive measurable return on investment.
- Drive continuous improvement across Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Leverage market research and industry best practices to identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, and transformation of Procurement processes
- Apply Lean, Agile, and Human-Centered Design principles to optimize Procurement workflows and service delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and execute for process optimization, standardization, and automation.
- Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of improvement initiatives, continuously refining strategies based on feedback and results.
- Ensure improvements are measurable and aligned with performance metrics.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Strong experience in analysing and redesigning business processes to enhance efficiency, eliminate bottlenecks and align them with organisational goals.
- Knowledge of how to standardise Procurement processes to create consistency, reduce complexity and improve operational efficiency.
- Solid experience in managing business improvement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to scope. Familiarity with project management methodologies like Agile, Waterfall or PRINCE2.
- Experience in managing and engaging stakeholders at all levels of the organisation to ensure buy-in and alignment on project goals.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and gain support for new initiatives and changes, particularly when introducing process changes or new ways of working.
- Proficiency in conducting root cause analysis to identify the underlying issues affecting Procurement processes and suggesting appropriate corrective actions.
- Familiarity with digital Procurement tools (e.g., ERP systems, e-sourcing platforms, contract management software) and an understanding of how technology can drive improvements in Procurement processes.
‘Good to have’ knowledge, skills, and experiences.
- Solid understanding of Procurement processes, including sourcing, supplier management, contracting and supplier performance evaluation.
- Experience in using formal change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step Change Model) to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, technologies, or organizational changes
- Experience utilising market intelligence and benchmarking tools to ensure that Procurement practices are competitive and efficient.
